Transforming community facilities in Great Bentley for the next generation and beyond
The Cricket Club is seeking support for a unique venture to secure its future and the future of youth cricket in the village with the addition of a brand new purpose-built contemporary cricket pavilion. This will include a new indoor Academy which can be used all year round with far reaching benefits for the village.
Great Bentley has seen many new housing developments but there has been little community benefit for the people of the village. The Club have been proactive and worked with Hills to design a facility that can meet the needs of the Club and vcommunity. Hills have agreed as part of a new application to fund these facilities as long as there is sufficient support from the village, and both the District and Parish Councils.

We have outgrown the current pavilion and are unable to provide accessible or female changing facilities within the current footprint of the pavilion.
